This week we have been working on the "J" and "K" blends.

We also learned the "c / k" rule.  Because the letters "c" and "k" make the same sound there is a rule to teach the kids which letter to use at the beginning of these words either "c" or "k"
The rule is:  "K" goes with "i" & "e"
                    "C" with the other three "a" "o" & "u"

In numbers we are counting up to 49

We also started telling time to the hour!
