This week in Bible we will be reciting the scripture used for spirit week in place of their regularly assigned bible verse for their grade on Friday 3/5/21  -With God nothing is impossible - Luke 1:37

My Many Colored Monday - wear as many colors as you can!

Top hat Tuesday  - wear your favorite hat and/or stripes

Wacky Wednesday =- be mismatched/ wacky socks;/dress like the Lorax with a                   mustache on your mask

Theodore Thursday - dress like your favorite Seuss character

Feeling Comfy Friday -– wear pajamas (pj pants) and get ready for DEAR day!

 We will be having a “Spot the Dot” fundraiser (in place of the annual penny war).  Students will be able to purchase “dots” ($1 each) for their classroom doors for points! 

We will also be earning points for participating in theme days and for learning the theme and Bible verse that will be shouted out when the Spirit Stick makes its way to the classroom!

The elementary and secondary winner of Spirit Week will have lunch brought in from the place of their choice.

We will be selling treats for $1 each during Spirit Week.

February 22 - 26, 2021

There is no longer an early out on Wednesday, February 24, 2021.

If you look in your child's take home folder 📂 you will find a couple new papers that will help with our newest concepts in phonics.  The first sheet covers the rules and examples of what we are learning.  The orange sheet is a list of our "special sounds"  We will be working on learning these over the next few weeks.
